Service as It Should Be



Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy in any way, please contact me and we will endeavour to put things right. 

There is always a possibility that varieties of bulbs may get mixed up ( I am not perfect!), so if you think your bulb may be incorrectly named, please let me know so I can replace it or refund you. It is important for us to know if any of our stock is wrongly labelled.

We are happy to cancel any order that has not been dispatched if directed by the customer making the order.



DRYAD NURSERY takes your privacy protection very seriously. We will only contact you (by email, phone or letter) to clear up payment, product or delivery details, to reply to your questions by email or because you have given your consent to receiving our email lists. 

At any time you can contact us and ask to be removed from our mailing list. If you unsubscribe from the list your contact details will not be retained. We never sell or reveal your personal details (whether emails, card details, addresses or purchases) to any other businesses.
